How does it work?

The CEO and Leadership coaching process begins with an initial consultation of approximately one-hour and then regular one-on-one sessions (or on a needs basis) where you will:

  • Set goals and action plans
  • Monitor plans and progress
  • Implement new skills and behaviours
  • Receive motivation and coaching to stay on track
  • Set new goals and cross old ones off the list

Role of the Coach!

The Coach will assist the client to achieve the outcomes and goals they seek. Depending on the person, this will typically involve some or all of the following:

  • Helping them clarify what they want to achieve and why
  • Helping them design the plans to do it
  • Providing implementation support to ensure measurable progress is made in reasonable time
  • To be a 'discipline support partner' - and keep the pressure on.

In a nutshell, this involves assisting you to gain awareness of where you want to go, maintain commitment, design the appropriate 'flexible plans', and ensure you have a disciplined follow-through process to persist until the desired outcome is achieved.
